We offer fast, insured delivery to anywhere in the world. The delivery time and charge for international orders depends on the destination, weight, value and size of the order. Accurate shipping services via DHL Express Worldwide will be calculated at the shopping cart.
Please note: Outside the UK, local customs charges may be payable or import licences may be required. We cannot be responsible for these and advise you check before ordering.
Despatch
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday. We aim to despatch all orders within one working day (Monday to Friday) of receipt. During peak times this may not be possible. Orders to international destinations will be sent according to customer requirements.
How to Pay
If you order by post, please include payment (including postage) with your order. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards. You may also pay by bank transfer, PayPal, cheque or cash. Please do not send cash by post.
Please note that mainland UK1 includes England, Wales and parts of Scotland but excludes Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@parkinfabrics.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancelations and Returns
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the day after you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty. To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your order, then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
